Material
Recycled plastic with the look of terrazzo or stone. Water-resistant, lighter than stone, machined like wood — and every sheet is unique. Made in Russia from recycled polystyrene.

We turn plastic waste into dense sheets — terrazzo, an artistic pattern or an even solid colour — a material for furniture, interiors and urban spaces that stands up to water and time.
How we make it

Verified recycled feedstock
We don’t work with landfill waste. The raw material for our panels is ready-made recycled polystyrene, bought from vetted recycling companies certified for secondary material. It comes from refrigerator and household appliance housings, electronics, disposable tableware and industrial process waste — plastic that has already been sorted, cleaned and quality-checked. On arrival we check every batch again for consistency, cleanliness and shade. We don’t accept contaminated plastic or composites with other materials.

Pressing
The prepared raw material is pressed under heat and pressure into a dense, monolithic sheet — with no voids, binding resins or formaldehyde. The pattern is born at this stage, and it doesn’t have to be terrazzo: we lay out artistic patterns, build monochrome mixes from several shades of one colour, make contrasting flecks or fully solid-colour sheets. We’ll match a mix to your reference or moodboard, and if the shade you need isn’t available, we’ll dye it to RAL or Pantone. Every sheet is unique: the pattern is the structure of the material itself, not a print on the surface.

Cutting and finishing
Finished sheets are calibrated to thickness — from 12 to 40 mm — then sanded to an even factory matte finish. We then cut them to your project’s dimensions with a saw, on a CNC machine or with a router, and give the edge a straight cut, a chamfer or a radius. Next comes post-processing for the task: holes for fixings and sinks, grooves, thermoforming of smooth bends. If you’ve ordered a finished product rather than a panel, we assemble it in full: a worktop, a counter, a furniture front. We don’t throw offcuts away: we take them back through our buy-back programme and put them back into production.

Custom mix from in-stock granules
+18,000 ₽ for matching with samples
Free: if you like one of the 12 core combinations but want to swap one colour for another in the same proportion, we start the order without samples. The risk: colours behave differently, so the result may differ from what you expect.
+18,000 ₽ — matching with samples: the price includes three 50 × 50 cm samples. We make them one at a time: review → adjust the proportion → next. Once the proportion is right, we lock it in and press the sheet. Typical proportions: 50/50 · 70/30 · 90/10 · 95/5 · 97/3.

Dyeing to RAL / Pantone
+144,000 ₽ · from 500 kg
If you need an exact brand shade, we dye the raw material to your chosen RAL or Pantone colour. The minimum order is 500 kg per colour: the price covers delivering the raw material to the dyer, buying the pigment, the work itself and the return delivery. We don’t do partial dyeing — the dyed material makes up the entire sheet. Three 50 × 50 cm samples are included, so we approve the colour before production starts.
We’ll help you choose the colour, thickness and format for your project.
Properties
Water-resistant
Doesn’t absorb moisture, swell or rot. Fungal resistance: 0% growth (ASTM G21-15) — for bathrooms, kitchens and wet areas.
Stain resistance
Wine, coffee, lemon, spices — no marks. In stain tests rPS resists staining better than acrylic solid surface.
Repairable
Scratches and scuffs sand out — the surface is restored by refinishing.
Works like wood
Can be sawn, milled and drilled with standard woodworking tools and on CNC.
A unique pattern
The pattern is the structure of the material itself, not a print. No two sheets are alike.
100% recycled
Recycled polystyrene with no formaldehyde. We take back offcuts and products through our buy-back programme.
Formats and machining
Sheet formats
2200 × 1100 mm (2.42 m²) — the main format; 1000 × 1000 mm — for accents, small products and samples. Cut to any size for your project.
Thicknesses
In stock: 12 · 16 · 18 · 20 · 30 · 40 mm. To order — any thickness from 12 to 40 mm. Thicker than any imported equivalent: solid worktops with no substrate.
Edge and finish
Straight cut, chamfer, radius; factory matte finish. Thermoforming for smooth bends.
Sawing
Circular or band saw. A clean cut with no chipping.
CNC and milling
Complex shapes, grooves, sink cut-outs. On thick sheets — several passes of 3–4 mm.
Drilling
Standard wood or metal drill bits. At 30–40 mm thickness — air cooling.
Sanding
Belt or orbital sander. Removes scratches and restores the matte finish.
Thermoforming
When heated, the sheet takes on smooth bends and radii — for curved fronts and rounded edges.
Bonding
MMA adhesives (such as Plexus) and MS polymers: edge to edge and fixing to a substrate.

Figures are taken from published EPDs of European manufacturers of recycled polystyrene panels (Polygood, Smile Plastics) — the same type of material as RePanel. rPS panels sit in the same range as wood and MDF, and several times lower than quartz and acrylic solid surface. RePanel’s own Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) is in progress.
Where it’s used
Questions about the material
Yes. The material doesn’t absorb water, swell or rot, and fungal growth is 0%. It’s suitable for bathrooms, kitchens and high-humidity areas.
Indoors, there are no restrictions. UV resistance is moderate: under constant direct sun, shades may change over time, so for outdoor use and south-facing shop windows we’ll help you choose a suitable colour and solution.
It depends on thickness: 12 mm — panels and fronts (worktops need a substrate), 20 mm — light worktops, 30 mm — bar and reception counters, 40 mm — heavy worktops and benches. We’ll help you calculate the structure.
Yes, by thermoforming: when heated, the sheet takes on smooth bends and radii. We make curved fronts, rounded edges and three-dimensional elements in our workshop.
A damp sponge and a mild, non-abrasive cleaner. The material resists wine, coffee and spice stains better than acrylic solid surface. Deep scratches sand out — the surface is restored by refinishing.
Yes: we’ll build a mix from in-stock colours to match your reference, or dye to RAL / Pantone. Before a batch goes into production, we approve a physical 500 × 500 mm sample.
We take them back through our buy-back programme: clean offcuts and end-of-life panels go back into production, and you get credit towards your next order.
