Consent to the processing of personal data

Acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, and confirming my legal capacity, I give Individual Entrepreneur Nikita Igorevich Kuznetsov, INN 770470443780, OGRNIP 324774600411399, address: apt. 22, bldg. A, 14 Ulansky Lane, Moscow, Russia (hereinafter the Operator), my consent to the processing of my personal data on the terms of this document.

• considering enquiries, responding to them and preparing proposals;
• concluding and performing contracts, placing and handling orders;
• processing payments, arranging delivery, returns and warranty service;
• fulfilling the Operator’s obligations established by the legislation of the Russian Federation;
• ensuring the security of the website and confirming that consent has been given.

Depending on the form completed, the consent covers: first name and surname; company name; phone number or Telegram username; email address; city and delivery address; order contents and value; comments and the content of the enquiry; the chosen delivery method and payment status.

To confirm consent and protect the website, the date and time of the action, the consent version, the IP address, and browser and device information may be processed. Bank card details are entered on the payment service’s side and are not passed to the Operator.

Consent is given to the collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification, retrieval, use, provision to authorised recipients, blocking, deletion and destruction of data, both with and without the use of automated means.

This consent does not permit the dissemination or publication of personal data and is not consent to receive advertising.

To fulfil an order, the Operator may instruct a Russian hosting and database provider to process the data, and may provide the necessary data to Bank Tochka LLC and Tochka JSC for payment, to CDEK-Global LLC for delivery, and to public authorities in cases provided for by law. Each recipient receives only the data it needs.

The recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification and retrieval of personal data of citizens of the Russian Federation are carried out using databases located in the territory of the Russian Federation. This consent does not extend to cross-border transfer of personal data.

The consent is valid until the purposes of processing have been achieved or until it is withdrawn, unless the Operator has another lawful basis for processing. Data relating to the performance of a contract and to accounting and tax records may be retained for the periods established by law regardless of the withdrawal of consent.

Consent can be withdrawn, or the cessation of processing requested, by writing to panels@recycleobject.com. The request must state the sender’s full name, contact details for the reply and information identifying the enquiry or order, and set out the demand.

Ticking the separate checkbox “I give consent to the processing of personal data” and then clicking the form’s submit button constitute a simple electronic confirmation of consent. The Operator keeps a record of the date and version of the consent together with the relevant enquiry or order.
