Production stages
Sourcing raw material
We take in sorted recycled polystyrene from vetted recycling partners.
Cleaning and preparation
Cleaning, shredding and preparing the granulate for pressing.
Pressing
We form sheets under heat and pressure — with no voids and no binding resins.
Machining
Thickness calibration, sanding, CNC milling, quality control.
Making products
Assembling finished products from machined panels — turnkey.
Shipping
Packing and delivery across Russia from Dmitrov.

Not a gram of virgin material — only secondary plastic that has already been sorted and cleaned.
Durability
The material lasts for decades: it doesn’t rot or swell, and it can be restored by sanding.
Closed loop
We take back offcuts and end-of-life products through our buy-back programme and put them back into production.
